Aw shucks, my lack of blogging has been due to being at the KBB festival, followed intensely by band camp (7+ hours drive down to Palmerston North!) and then exams the minute we returned. Stress. Stress. STRESS! All I have left is my english internal exam tomorrow, and although it’s my favourite/easiest subject, I’m starting to worry that perhaps I won’t do as well as I’m supposed to.

Surprised as I was, however, some of us really bonded on band camp – it turned out to be a bit of a make-and-break experience; and we also found a very different side to some people – Craig, the seemingly uptight rule-follower that he is, actually joined in with Nina and David’s $2-shop broom purchasing, and running around town screaming the Harry Potter theme songs at the top of their lungs (it’s one of the pieces that Concert Band plays). I would insert a video of their insanity, but I’m not sure about the format. Oh, and I broke up with E. I think I’ll leave that comment at that… because I really don’t want to think about it.
